I was hoping to get the gloves but having problems even getting the suit. They told us 4-6 weeks till they can ship but it is going to be about 10-12 weeks if not more. So excited to get it but hating the customer service and false expectations they've been giving me. Not a good look.

Is it possible to use these rokoko smartgloves and livestream the data to UE4/Unity and use Facecap for facial / head / torso movements? The idea is to cheap out and get finger tracking with upper body / head tracking use an iPhone. Haha. Edit: My fear is that the rest of the body will be streamed and will interfere with Facecaps head / upper body streamed data. My strong guess is this will be the case- but I'm just tossing it here since your the only one with the gloves. :P | *Edit: Just coming back here 2 months later to say that I did get it working but I chose to buy a super cheap Perception Neuron mocap suit instead to use with FaceCap in Unity3D. The key to streaming separated data (with PN / Facecap) in single arm mode (10 neurons / finger tracking) is to use Neuron Transforms Instance (Script) that is provided in the SDK. Add the right arm to the bind and on play- delete the head binding that appears.*

Absolutely Theoretically you could use an anim blueprint with anim slots to make sure everything gets streamed properly, like creating an anim slot for the hands/face to override the body tracking I don't have experience with live links, but I do use anim slots for my vids, so I don't see why this wouldn't work

@@loacherfilms I've same concerns I want to buy smart gloves , face motion capture and live stream to capture face ,fingers and hand motion for sign language animation character purpose will this be enough and do the needful

It will likely work, though the gloves do use some pose estimation, so you might need to do some additional cleanup so the signs show properly
