I’m at the stage where I’m putting the gear assembly on the larger circle (around the 21 minute mark) but can’t get the holes to line up with the pegs. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

I’ll have to look when I get home, but sometimes you have flip the pieces to make things line up properly, I’ll let you know if I see anything in a few hours.

Double check the wiring and I'd make sure the battery is good, if that still doesn't work you might have a bad light set (just happened to me) with it being ROKR, I'd say reach out to them, they are really good with customer support!

What happens if the motor/music and touch isn't working?i tride new batteries so MANY times!

I'd try to double check the wiring and make sure you have it properly wired and no loose connections.

thank you for this video it's so much help. is the wax must? i don't have wax and after finishing the work it's not moving smoothly

I've gotten to where I mainly use a petroleum jelly lubricant such as vaseline, it's easier to make sure you get in all the little spots, it can be a bit messy though. I think it does help, but it could be a placebo effect.
