Roku Ultra with Pro Remote Quick Look

I just got the new Roku Ultra (4802R) with the Pro remote., here is a quick look.
The video doesn't move in the beginning OBS had trouble starting but figures it out after 30 seconds.

So what is the purpose of the Roku? What specifically does it do?

A device that allows you to watch stuff. It has a bunch of services on it.

​@@TexasLocalProduce They have some functions but roku library is more vast. I also had tv's in the past where they stop getting updates which don't allow you to continue use some of the "smart" apps. Another thing to consider is if you are trying to make something more usable for other people consistently across devices is a huge help for non tech invested people; Multiple roku in the house allows for people to be use to that. Now my new tv will have smart features. My old one that I gave away, the smart apps started not to work properly because of support stopped on them. There are some tv's that come with the roku software installed already. My new one won't.
