Roland Juno DS 88 Sounds Demo (Piano, Piano w/Strings, Rhodes, Electric Piano, Piano w/Effects)

This keyboard is really amazing! I had a lot of fun recording this, and I wish I could show you more of the sounds it has. Maybe on another video I can do the brass and strings. I like to know what I’m going to buy in advance, so here are a couple of examples to help you decide. Enjoy!

@@harolddasynth795 Yes it’s pretty long. It’s not real heavy but you won’t just grab and go on 88 without being careful. They have all models on sale until Dec 31. I’m wondering if there is a new model planned early next year. I’ve played the 61 key and the keybed is not too bad but the black keys are rounded. I assume they are rounded on the 76 also but not sure. I have been tempted to trade in my 88 and get the 76 but I will miss piano feel keys. I probably will just wait to see who comes out with new boards next year. I would like if Roland came out with an audio/midi driver app for iOS. A lot of it has to do with me getting everything in a smaller compact space for practice, live streaming and gigging. Over all I the Juno is actually a powerful piece of gear in what it offers at the price. The Korg Kross 2 then Yamaha MX would be next in order because they all are 16 part multitimbral.

Nice i love my juno!! may be your video can have a nicer sound using an interface, because it get some noice of the stand. What speakers did you use?

Bonjour et merci pour ce test très complet de tous les sons de piano. C est ce que j'attendais. Est-ce que les sons sont tous des presets d'origine ? Les avez-vous modifiés à votre gout ? Pas d'extensions ? Je possède actuellement le MODX6 mais je pense prendre un JUNO DS76 à la pace car le clavier du MODX est trop mou et les touches petites. Pour un peu plus cher il y a aujourd'hui le DEXIBELL VIVO S1 que j'ai essayé en magasin hier. Il a de très beaux sons de piano mais il n'a pas de controleurs rotatifs ce qui est dommage. Une question : il y a beaucoup de presets de pianos. Sont ils tous différents ou similaires à votre gout. Difficile d'apprécier avec la video.

I am seriously considering picking one of these up, thanks for the demo of some of the sounds. At it's price range ($1000 ish), would you recommend it over other options in that range?

For the price, you can’t get any better. I read reviews where the only rival is the Yamaha Montage, which is thousands more expensive than the Roland Juno. It’s definitely worth it.
