Thank you! You can find the Orchestra Collection on the Roland Axial Sounds page. There you can download them for free on a stick and load them into the Roland. Remember: You will overwrite all sounds because the memory is not that big. The factory sounds can be installed afterwards however comfortably by reset again! Good luck!

Are these tones temporary because after a couple of months after installation on my keyboard. My keyboard has started to malfunction it automatically shifts octaves and also some keys are not working properly is it because of this? And also is there a way to delete these expansions?

You can only overwrite one library with the next. You can get the original presets back by loading the factory settings.

For the Voice you habe Auto-Pitch, Reverb and some Vocoder-Effects. But I think, you can´t playing Presets and singing at the same Time...

I think you can put them all onto a single USB thumb-drive to carry around, but the DS only loads 1 at a time, and it takes a couple minutes to swap a new one in. That's what I'm reading, want to get one for Christmas :-)

If this was 49 keys, instead of 61, it would be just right. I love the Roland JD-XI because of how small and compact it is. I just wish more of these expensive synth workstations would be tye same. Anything over 49 keys is too big. Small and compact is the way for me...SBN RESONATE

This is the 61 version, but I completely agree with you: 49 keys are quite enough, the "small" synths like the JD-Xi are actually giants in terms of possibilities and sounds...

You must download the free EXP Orchester-Collection from the Roland-Libary on a Stick, put him in den JUNO-DS and load the complete Sound-Package. Than you have the Sounds in the UNO-DS. Be careful: But you can use only one Libary at the Time. Next Libary will overwrite the one before...

That was definitly a String-Sound, mixed with percussion. I dont knew the right Number while I sold my Juno DS. But when you listen to that Sound you hear that's a Layer-Sound with String-Quints. I think it's easy to program that as a Layer again...

Die Tastatur des DS ist ohne Aftertouch beschrieben, es mag sein, dass der Menüpunkt einen externen Controller meint, sprich wenn du ein Master-Keyboard anschließt, dass dieses Aftertouch an den DS liefern kann.

You can load your own audio as WAV files via USB-Stick into the Juno DS. It was one of the reasons I bought it. However, I was disappointed with the tiny memory, which hardly allows for reasonable samples in terms of both length and number. At most, it can be used as a one-shot...
