I think it's important to remember that Obama has not only been to the place where we are trying to get Harris to, but he did it with Biden by his side for 8 years as the leader of the free world. Agree. Just know mass incarceration is based mainly on race and racism, and an unfair and unethical justice system, plus houses far too many for nonviolent and petty crimes. They talk about the borders now being wide open. A solution is to allow those incarcerated the opportunity to help patrol the borders to eliminate time on parole and probation. Some can accept one, two, five year terms especially if their records can be made better by serving their country.
