How to make your MC-707 drum kits have more of that analog feel and better tone.

Thanks for this, so many intricate settings on the 707, it's a bit out my depth in some areas, it's great to have videos like this giving some pointers on their purpose, very handy, I couldn't put my finger on why it sounds so "clinical" at times, I've done similar in ableton using lfo's thinking about it. the best is to return the mc707 in an analog filter. Vermona filter lancet for exemple 😉

Oh yah! Like use it in the FX loop? That would be awesome. Then you could put it on specific tracks or all of them. or just put it on the output.

Try 2:23 or kzbin.info/www/bejne/iJ26fZ2OpKyNfrs should get you there. then, follow those steps in video but see the Random Pan Depth at 2:42? use that and turn it to ZERO. Should fix it.

a question in drumkit when sequencing how to change the pitch of each note?

See in this video at 1:53 and some after... hit any pad: See the COARSE # ...turn knob C2 to adjust the pitch this way in semitones. Hope that helps.

...but to sequence it (i may have misunderstood a bit) ... I don't sequence the pitch on kit too much on these kits. It's not set up like Elektron for this. However, you can assign pitch to the mod knob and sequence the knob automation... but I don't like that the best for sequencing. Some may use it. I just don't try to sequence pitch of kit on the MC707. Other options.

it's a way.... I'm not sure its the only way. projects would be an easy way to save and share via file. I'll take a look next time I'm in the MC
