Hallo how can the auto switch off automatically when there is no signal and automatic start when it receives the signal

Coming from a Zoom H2 (not the H2n, but it's older brother), my mind is blown right now. I record myself at open mics, and being able to put the recorder down in the center of the room, then go up stage and finally hit record from my phone when I'm ready sounds killer.

Better audio quality and quieter preamps than zoom 2

Memory card Check all ok. Should come up loading memory card. Take out replace. I have problem with one not showing on computer even using data lead.

If this is anything like the r-09, I'll,take two. The Roland like is my favorite handheld recorders, closely followed by the Zoom'S.

Roland is really the best, it's much better than those Tascam recorders while being almost similar priced. Zoom is probably in between Tascam and Roland I guess (but sound is super critical, so better do it right at once right?).

Can it record a line input cleanly? I'd use it most for concert board feeds or recording loud bands from within the audience.

It only has a mic input. Really sucks. They should've just kept making the R-05. That one had a line level input and can record off a mixer very nicely.
