I have a JX10 "Vecoven" as well, and that's one of my favorite synth. An under appreciated beast for sure. Thank you very much for sharing this bank. I will try it ASAP, and probably find a free bank slot to drop it permanently on the JX. Great job, and pretty good imitation.

This is awesome! I had been wanting a JX-8P for forever, but the prices shot through the roof. I just got a JX-10 for a lot cheaper because synth price logic is a mystery. I'm still learning it. Definitely want to check out this Vecoven. Those sounds are incredible! Italo Disco forever :)

Big thanks Erik!! It took me about 2 months to program all sounds in my spare time, then at least 2-3 weeks to create the song arrangement and put together the video and create the sysex download with patch sheet (also in my spare time). It always means a risk of buying older musical instruments - in this case 30 years old. It can be difficult to obtain spare parts. But there is a very ambitious and enthusiastic facebook group that support each other with this. Best regards Jan

The JX10 seems to do "polysynth" type sounds best, the emulations of monosynths like the Pro One (Yazoo) seem to be not as convincing!

Its an ordinary sysex-file. I asume it will work just fine on your MKS-70. Its the same parameters. But I have no opportunity to verify. Please seek answer in the Facebook group or Google. But… besides the sysex-file you also get a pdf with all parameter settings for each preset, which means you can program each preset manually if the sysex doesn’t work. Sonikbytes Thanks a lot!! Upgrading my JX was one of the first things I did after buying it in sept 2017, therefore I can not make any comparisons due to snappier envelopes. I have no PWM or CPU mod installed, just the eprom-chip.

Thanks, not sure what you mean. I think I used Snoize for sysex files on Mac. www.snoize.com/SysExLibrarian/ With the Vecoven chip MIDI is better implemented, that could be one cause(?)

Hello Lars! Sorry, but I don’t think so. JX10 build its patches on 2 tones. JX8P only uses 1 tone for a patch. But whitin the puchase and download you will get a pdf (Tonesheets) with all the parameter settings for each tone (50) thats been created and used. But you have to manually create and save the tones by yourself.

@@infolla6769 It is my 50 created tones you need to build and use my patches. The patches are already created for you using my 50 tones and perhaps 1 or 2 from the factory settings tones, which you can not overwrite. You can only edit 50 of 100 tones and save them.
