Roly, have either you or Callum heard of Andrew gold? He has a KZbin channel called heretics. I checked it out once. He is very anti trans. Doesn’t believe it’s real. He thinks it’s a just misdiagnosed mental health issue or something. 😳 You were both commenting how many anti trans people’s arguments held no reason. What are your thoughts on his content? Just reading some of the comments people left there was deeply concerning.

The one shooting game I adore, I do play a few others like Halo, is the Mass Effect Trilogy (Andromeda can get an acid bath) And there's war and stuff like that, mostly against a insanely giant race of sentient machines referred to as Reapers, their agents and occasionally mercs that are horrible. Never liked Call of Duty, I only played it a bit, on multiplayer maps with my brother against zombies.

As a queer cis woman who's been with straight cis men, I will absolutely say that I've been with guys who get *so* butt hurt and offended if you don't feel up to "adult fun times." I've been made to feel *so* guilty because I have the flu, or I have a severe migraine and have been vomiting from it or I'm exhausted and just don't feel up to it OR, *especially* when you just don't feel like it for whatever reason - there may not even be one, you just don't feel like it. Wow! Do they lose their ever loving minds and either gave a toddler tantrum or do the silent treatment or whatever other manipulation they can think of or "punishment" , all because you don't or can't have "adult fun times" at that particular point in time. I obviously will not stay with someone who is like this. But, when talking to other women who have been with men, they agree and say they are made to feel so awful and guilty for not wanting or not feeling up to it. Men, stop this behaviour. It's not ok!!

Thank you Roly for bringing that cake example up ... @xwinwinwinx3 ай бұрын
Yes I remember this story. Her husband just didn't understand at all and thought she was being 'stupid' (his word) and over reacting to get a divorce. Then he went crying to her family and her mum in particular, who sided with him. Apart from OP, all her family and husband couldn't understand why she was upset and never understood or respected her dislike for having her face pushed into cake her whole life and why she would find that upsetting and hurtful to happen to her on her wedding day. I'm so glad she got a divorce as clearly her husband didn't respect her wishes and tried to gas light her, with the help of her family, that she was over reacting. I'm glad OP got away and realises this is a symptom of a deeper issue: husband doesn't respect her or listen to her. I think she cut her family off as well because they also continuously disrespected her and ignored her wishes. Good for OP!

First, how is it that we are constantly accused of gr**ming underaged people while they want to teach their newborn to serve a man and stuff? I was watching a video, today. It was about a case where a 6-year old girl was harmed. This girl also participated in one of these beauty contests for kids. They showed a picture of here with a full face of makeup and some short skirt. How is that okay but telling a kid that a girl can like a girl and a boy can like a boy is bad? I'll never understand. Second, I absolutely celebrate women who go against societal expectation and don't bend to everybody's will. Also, that dude who wrote the comment is just salty because no woman wants to make him a sandwich. Instead, women follow their own dreams. Something that men were able to do all the time.

I made a crochet blanket with the identical pattern as the one in the video and I originally wanted that exact same yarn to be able to give the baby girl something colorful without following pink/blue. The one that gets to me most is the teaching your daughter that it's okay to be dependent on a man. Why would anyone want their child, boy or girl, to end up dependent on another person? That's not to say every girl has to grow up to be a career woman or aspire to be a CEO or that there's anything wrong with being a housewife if that's what someone choose to do! However, being totally dependent on another person for your basic needs puts someone in such a vulnerable position! Historically it was the reality because there were few other options for women, but we have them now! Even if you're conservative and hope your kids will be conservative too and lead a traditional life (ie: if they're girls they won't work outside the home), the smart thing to do is to encourage them to also cultivate skills that they can fall back on just incase! Skills which will, if nothing else, also be useful when they need to help their kids with their homework. Imagine being so selfish as to encourage your daughter to be a position 30-40 years from now where her husband can divorce her for a younger woman, and she'll be on her own, probably with several kids to take care of, with little to no job training or work experience...all so that you can feel like you're owning the libs!

Like they genuinely do not understand that women are people.

Reminded me of a time (I'm an ex USian living in Chile + work in an English Institute, for context) when a new cis/het male teacher arrived and I clocked his messenger bag which I could see held things like his reusable water bottle, chapstick, extra hoodie, etc and immediately said to him "omg are you from Colorado (USA)??!" - because it was so culturally specific - and yes he was! But also it's a totally normal thing for people in the real world. I wonder if it's connected to the kind of lifestyle and privilege that comes with driving everywhere - as opposed to so many other countries where there is public transportation and/or biking/walking to get around. Yes you need to carry things sometimes! Why are people so weird!!

I'm pretty sure it was a trans man, who upon hearing the dog doesn't usually go to men (like him) thought the dog had clocked him. Terfs say "trans identifying female" to mean a trans man.

16:17 the game on the left is Army of Two, a game about two dudes that meet at an army boot camp training type thing, who become best friends, leave together to create a mercenary group and go on to commit war crimes for money or whatever, it has some very gay subtext between the two of them through the whole game

I am 55 and my father made sure I knew how to change a tire, check and change the oil in a car. He made sure I could do everything for myself so I didn't need to depend on anyone. He also taught me how to fix the muffler, and alternator.

The fact that that woman HAD to make all those different excuses as to why she doesn't want to have sex with her husband is a HUGE red flag. Obviously he doesn't understand that NO is a full sentence and doesn't need justifying. Dude needs to get reacquainted with Mrs Palmer and her five daughters 🖐

KZbin telling me the past few days: "Gays React To INSANE Straight People" Me straight as a wissle, finally getting around to watch this: "Well let's see where those gays are up to then."😘 my instant reaction to the first post: I have PTSD, the hand over mouth gesture i do a lot when triggered. My jaws just open up by themselves, like some kind of spasm. according to my therapists this is common in PTSD. there is no way to tell if this man is just "sad" or having an full blown PTSD flashback. Either way it makes me so angry when others claim that people are weak for letting out these huge emotions. They have no idea how strong and confidant you'll have to be to show yourself this vulnerable in public. i'll move on to the rest of the video now xD Oh btw, nice meeting you Calum (:

I do want to say Elden Ring and other Fromsoft games do have historically lgbtq+ themes. There are implied gay relationships in ER specifically, hell DS1 has a character who is bisexual as he asks the player (male or woman) if they have a crush on him. Just wanted to point that out 😊I love your vids they've provided hours of entertainment!!

Even animals scared of certain people will sometimes just sense the good vibes in a particular person and go to them anyway. My mom’s dog used to be nervous about men she didn’t know and would shy away from them a bit, even bark at them sometimes, and she’d take a little longer to warm up to them but once when we were in Petsmart there was a guy she just really sensed goodness from and just went right up to him on her own and sat at his feet. Sometimes animals make exceptions… 🤷

Also if you watch pro chess tournaments, men & women already play against each other all the time. Young people & older people play against each other. It's very diverse & has been that way for a very long time. Was the context even some sort of gender segregated chess situation or is it simply that only cis people should be allowed to play chess? Honestly.

Yep, there are even Olympic chess events; the FIDE runs them for the International Olympic Committee. FIDE also runs the World Chess Championship and the Women's World Chess Championship separately.

There’s so much to unpack with that ‘Man makes a spreadsheet of all the times he was denied sex’….the fact that most of the dates were either close to each other or back to back days, at one point the dates even show that he asked his wife to have sex with him FIVE DAYS IN A ROW (leave her alone!) The fact that the date when this spreadsheet was made was in 2014 and the day when it was last updated was 2017! And based on the dates we can see he would have had to update that list damn near every day! The fact that several times the wife’s “excuse” was that she felt gross and you already know the husband didn’t do anything to make her feel better or at least ask her what’s wrong. The fact that the post comes from an account called ‘Women Being Awful’….TF YOU MEAN WOMEN BEING AWFUL?! HOW IS THIS HER FAULT? Also the pfp looks like it’s a women’s mugshot too. What the hell is happening??

Roly, my daughter told me a year ago, someone was selling hanging lamps that were different fruit. I said the pineapple sounds nice; and told me that that tells others that your a swinger. People just think what they want without thinking. You just can't live without someone saying something.
@Fuffydud3 ай бұрын
I only found out about pineapples being a swinger dogwhistle very recently, and I think it was a poor choice considering how many people think of them as a symbol of good luck for new homeowners. When their new neighbors show up with a gift basket pineapple, do they think it's a lewd invitation? Risky.
