Role of HR in POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act at Workplace

The last case cannot be considered in POSH as none of them where working for the hospital. Both of them where outsiders hence hospital IC cannot punish him in any cost, since it wasnt a workplace for anyone of them. It can be an IPC case not a POSH.

Thanks for your revert Sudha. We totally support Hindi. As the content of our video is for international viewers too hence most of our panel discussion and speaker's note is in English.
