You said it only does 5’ pipe come 8’ long so will The extensions allow you to do longer longer pipe and do you have a computer controlled system to assist or is it just eyeball.

Extension will allow longer. We have an auto stop to make repeat bends.

Yes. It will take a custom die depending where you want the measurement to be. Make 2 180s and weld them. We're assuming 1% or less deformation is what you consider perfect.

We add them to our catalog based on demand. The machine doesn't fit dies over 2" OD. What do you need dies for? We will consider adding what you need to our die list and stock.

You guys should have some of the roll cage fabricators that use your bender do videos on cage builds using your bender. I was trying to post up pictures to your site of my cage build using your bender but there's no option to do so?

No, 2" is the max for standard applications. In certain cases we go up to 2.25". Keep in mind these machines (our M600 mandrel benders) are about $4k with a set of tooling, ready to run. A 4" mandrel bender starts at $112k without tooling/installation/rigging. That is the cheapest one we've ever seen :/

Find a less expensive MANDREL bender. Yes, most affordable. There are cheaper tubing benders. Ours does the most per dollar, whether it's equipped with the mandrel attachment or not. No other machine under $50k has this range of performance.

No kidding. I've never seen just a mandrel (literally just the internal tube support) for less than $200. Not including machine, hydraulics, bending die, clamping system, lubrication system, etc. There are a lot of moving parts!
