Roll Pan Install on the S10

I used (2) 1/4" x 20 thread x 1 1/4 long bolts with nuts - Local Hardware store
Harbor Freight Riv-nut tool

I used (5) 1/4" x 20 thread x 1" long Phillips head bolts - Local Hardware store
1/8" drill bit for pilot holes
11/32 drill bit for riv nut hole. This will be a very tight fit and you may have to "massage" the hole a little.

I attached to the bed like you did but having kit the end that part mounts lower so the part under tailgate runs down hill and the ends are welded to bed work out good and yes I did mine myself it was a pain but it’s worth it for the body lines to match and still use tailgate

Same eBay pan I used cut it at both ends on the part that mounts under the tailgate and you can bend that down it slows the tailgate to swing open and that will allow the pan to come up higher and match body lines I have less than a 1/4” gap and tailgate opens and closes no interference
