Stitching a Rolled Hem Seam on the BERNINA L460 and L450 Overlocker Serger. The same steps apply to both machines. The Thread that we used was Seracore by Metter and MaxiLock Stretch (Upper Looper Only).

Hey, thanks for the video! I would like to ask you which kind of thread are you using in the lower looper?

Hello! I just wanted to ask, is it possible that you set the left needle tension instead of the right one? It didn't seem to affect the end result, as the rolled hem looks good and the machine worked like a charm. Just wanted to check! Good job and I love your tutorials :)

Hi, there is a possibility I might have messed up in the video. haha I wouldn't put it past me. But when creating a rolled hem we are only using the right needles since it is such a narrow seam, so the right needle tension should be the one that would be getting adjusted since the left needle shouldn't even be in the machine. :)

Thank you for your video, can you please tell me how we secure the tails as I am not wanting the thread to unravel.

Yes, check out this video, I show a tool that helps but is not required for securing the tails from a serger. kzbin.info/www/bejne/a6iaZWl4gaulbc0
