I love your tent set up. If you do your new tent that way, you should post up a video of how you build the compartments in the sled and the bed on the top. I have watched a ton of videos of ice fishing and your setups by far the most comfortable looking

Thank you very much! My new tent is set up in the garage right now. Still deciding how I want to set it up. It will be more for day Fishing and I want to keep it as mobile as possible. That minnow is a baby small mouth bass

You know, I never thought of that. That would explain some of the spots on top. It did have markings on the sides that looked like trout. Also, the forked tail might be problematic for a bass. I will check it out again. What do you think of my thoughts? Thanks a lot for chiming in. I am genuinely curious about this.

@@prospectoroutdoors My Dad is 84 years old and I'd like to get him out on the ice if I can. I am hoping to make something like this easy chair to get him off an on the ice. with my track sled. I'm hoping it will be stable enough, but I maybe have to choose the conditions carefully. In any case I would like to see how you made that chair! Thanks for the reply.

That sounds like a great plan. I think it would be plenty stable. I’ve actually thought about making it my primary sled for the track machine.

How deep did you guys fished from?

Between 15 and 25 feet if I remember correctly.

That's the biggest burbot I've seen out of the gorge

That is so cool. I wasn’t sure how it stacked up with other groups of fishermen. My group has seen a couple at 28” but a 30” takes the cake so far. I have seen some pigs at the weigh ins for the Burbot Bash. Can’t remember exactly how much bigger though.
