If you train with Zuka, you know what im talking about when I say that there is no greater joy than seeing him struggle against an opponent. Years of getting chirped at while he teaches...this brings me much needed solace lol! 😂❤

I use to train at Marcelo’s when Marcos was there and we were doing stand up and it was my turn to go against him. The only thing I kept saying to myself was what you kept saying and that is he is like a tree trunk. Super solid. With that said he was always a gentleman to me . Those were great times .

Same! He was very chill - this was the highest level person I’ve ever rolled with who didn’t try to murder me. It was also really cool to get feedback real time and after the roll. This was one of the best travel-training experiences I’ve had. Right up there with AOJ.

@@zukaBJJ I checked out your Video on BJJ Fanatics, Im going to pick it up this week. I think it will play well with my Deep Half game. You should think about putting a leg lock video out, I caught that video with Jordon. the how is important, which you covered nicely, but the when and the why is equally valuable and you gave that when most leave that info out.
@zukaBJJАй бұрын
@@jerryh2954 wow thanks for the awesome feedback. Let me know how you end up liking the course. Funny Jordan being the nice guy he is, told me that I should just have made that ankle lock video a paid course but I figured why not drop it for free!

@@zukaBJJ There is still time, add some more setups that work, a few good toe hold positions for us brown belts, and put it out. I would by it, 100%. It is one of the most interesting and well put together leg lock tutorials I've seen. Good luck!
