You will need 5qts of water. Bring to a boil and add 5 TBS of Kosher salt (I like Diamond Crystal). Bring back to a boil and add pasta. When pasta comes to a boil let ithe pasta boil for 2 minutes. The taste it. You have to constantly monitor pasta by tasting. That's why I am three zip codes! When cooked to your liking remove from pot! Good Luck!
