A great new song from Rolling Quartz, a band that I have not listened to enough, clearly! This is a very catchy, hooky, cool rock song with a damn good solo section from the guitarists! I loved it.....or did I, watch and find out! LOL

Their attack on KZbin has been flawless. They are being marketed brilliantly.

Thanks Ryan. They kicked ass in concert. Also, meeting them was an incredible experience! Yes, Jayoung has one of the best singing voices out there.

I agree Jayoung is one of the best singers out there I first noticed it on there song "Azalea" and as good as that was she totally blew it out of the water when they released "Reminiscence" she showed she in a class all her own.

This whole band is deep in the cool bin, but Arem on bass is just a couple of layers deeper in the coolness! Great song from these amazing ladies!

They are like the Keorean version of Nemophila. They are always thanking their fans or diadem by doing free concerts on this platform or posting messages to them everywhere. They have just got better and better since they started. They are just awesome and down to earth.

I agree. Really liked this one! RQ is probably my 3d favorite Asian female hard rock/metal band behind BM and Nemo. Lead singer has a great rock voice. They upped the technicality in this song while maintaining great pop sensibilities. They are definitely improving

Thanks for reacting to Rolling Quartz. I've been following them for about a year now, the highlights for me are their great live-streams (they did a lot of those, mostly from their rehearsal studio, great energy and always smiling and positive energy), Jayoung's great voice and "energizer bunny" antics and Yeongun's incredible drumming. "All they need" now is a new album with (more) original songs, but I'm sure they can do it, they actually surprised me by doing a US (mini) tour so soon, and they're coming to Europe as well! I really hope they get all the success they deserve for working so hard!

Hey Ryan. Not sure whether this is your first time reacting to Rolling Quartz but if it is, then this new song is most certainly a leap forward sonically/production wise for Rolling Quartz. Much of their earlier output is also terrific, if at times lacking the sonic punch of Fearless and also their live performances from their Stateside tour this year which I strongly suggest you also check out, particularly their performance from Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco over on IamCrazyMike's channel. Rolling Quartz still in the process of building a catalogue though I and many of my fellow Diadems (name of Rolling Quartz's fan base) would love a full length album of all original material from the ladies which would be the next logical step for the band going forward rather than having to resort to padding out a live set with covers due to the scarcity of originals. Warms my heart to see you show some love for Rolling Quartz.✌️❤️🤘

I definitely think this is their best song so far. It's got a bit more pop to the hooks and it's so catchy and their talent and ability to shred is still there and put to good use. It's the right mix. I thoroughly enjoy it.

Fantastic song, absolutely amazing! Such a wonderful group of musicians! I've been following the band for nearly three years and they continue to grow their music and gain more depth. From the covers they play to their original material, its extensive in variety. As I've stated before...PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT, it's worth it! Thanks for sharing the reaction Ryan, made my day!! 🤘

These girls are fantastic. I have put them on the same peg as Band Maid. Now, they aren't the players the Maids are, but they write music that you can hear clearly. Good catchy songs that has room for all of the players. Kanami is amazing but she tends to try to cram to much into a bar, and sometimes it sounds messy. Kanami is a genius and the Maids are next level players. I just wish the would write music with a little more space for everyone.

Jayoung is hands down one of my favorite rock vocalists. Some of the livestreams I've watched have really show cased just how great of a vocalist she is. Fantastic voice! I don't play their stuff as often as I probably should, but when one of their songs comes on I don't skip it.

This track rocks. I had heard RQ before, but kind of passed them over because, as you say, there's just too many great bands out there. But this really seems to bring everything together - the hard rock attitude, some cool technical solos, and that catchy chorus you can't get out of your head. My fanboying jumped up quite a bit after this and now I'm really looking forward to what they come up with next. They need to work on creating more of their own material, because when they have to do a one-man show, it's still about half cover songs.

My thoughts exactly man. The next logical step for the band going forward, as you've just pointed out, would be to build a catalogue comprised entirely of all original material on par with that of Fearless without the need to resort to covers to pad out the running time of a live performance. What us Diadems need next is a full length album of originals which match not only the quality on display in Fearless, but also that of their live performances from their Stateside tour this year which were all captured in full (personal fave of mine being their performance at Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco over on IamCrazyMike's channel)✌️❤️🤘

Rolling Quartz is up there with the mighty Band-Maid for ear worm generation! Also like the Maids, their live material goes harder and heavier. And then there's when Arem gives you "that look" that you realize "resistance is futile - you will be assimilated" .....🤖

This is definitely harder music ... an original song ... many say their best to date. I find "relistenability" in Jayoung's English pronunciations, which I think are charming ;) . I saw them twice in 2023 and they are also a great live act. The release party happened in Seoul this past weekend so you can purchase the single on CD now. If the way BLAZE sold is any indication I don't think physical copies will last long. This is already a terrific band. K-Rock is a thing.

Seems like a lot of money and effort went into this band, including acting, but that being said this is very catchy and good. Nice to hear an Adult woman belt it out on vocals. It was refreshing to see the red haired guitarist's beautiful smile at the end of the vogue shots which seemed about the only real thing in this video while everything else was on persona mode.
