I appreciated your 'Christmas eve breakfast', as well as your 'dessert pizzas', and now I'm gonna have to step up my 'camping in the desert' game. Upon realizing that it was Christmas, I was a little taken aback, I watch another nomad's videos, and he was obviously out there by himself during the holidays as well. I had to have a word of prayer about the whole thing, because my whole life it has been about being with family. In my case, my husband and I still have 2 SN granddaughters and 3 other grandkids that we look forward to spending the holidays with, but because we want to be nomads too, don't know how we will resolve that issue

My kids moved about 5 hours from where I usually work, and when I’m done with work I’m ready to leave the east coast. If they had a house that I could park at I’d stay with them longer but they don’t. In the end they have their lives and I have mine. 👍🏻🌵🚐🌅🐈‍⬛

I visited Quartzsite last January during the RTR. I agree that it's a unique place and I might visit it again. There are a lot of places you can set up and be all by yourself, just like he was. I must say that I found it a little boring because there is nothing really to do except live. For those who live/stay there for 6 months, the price is a good deal.

@ Leave it behind? It’s a fantastic home! Come to think of it, when I had my 2017 Chevy Express it had the 6.0L V-8 and only got 11mpg around town. You have the smaller V-8 but you’re towing a pretty heavy trailer, so maybe 9.2mpg makes sense. Anyway, looking forward to the next episode 😎👍

Seems like you should be looking for a new bike in a major city like Phoenix, Las Vegas, LA, or San Diego, all are not that far from Quartzite and it would be some good content for your channel. San Diego has some good free parking and close to the Ocean. Happy New Year and happy bike hunting. And with a in-tank fuel pump like you have it's not good to go below 1/4 tank because the fuel cools the pump. It's a costly replacement when you have to drop the tank just to replace the pump.

Don't run out of tobacco!!! That is a national disaster. I plop it on everything!! I buy extra large bottles now. I hardly touch other hot sauces but am open about them. It's cold in Maine, probably NJ also. Good move heading west. How I wish I was out there, and not here. Cold. Haven't left camper for two days. Hibernating like a bear.
