Building a business allows you to leverage your time and equity. Because everyone only has 24 hours in a day, you need to learn to hack the day. Especially a blue-collar industry, a lot of company owners get stuck working all day and struggle with trading time with strategic decision making.
Instead of working all the time and putting in countless hours of hard work, you can create systems and processes that work for you. This way, you can focus on growing your business and enjoying the benefits of passive income. It's all about working smarter, not harder! 💪🏼📈
In my case, I utilize the dumpster business that I have grown to reinvest in employees, equipment, and rental property. All of which will continue to scale my long-term wealth.
There is no million dollar success story that isn't backed by a million dollar plan. It won't happen overnight, so what is your strategy going to be?

I still only have 10 dumpsters, but we service another that's not even ours. We still do 40-60 dumpster rentals a month because we turn them over multiple times in a week.

I don’t think anyone would take your advice as bragging bro, anyone who comes to this channel is probably naturally a hard ass worker by nature. You’re right about needing an exit plan for sure. Putting hours in is only going to get harder and harder the older we get

Congrats on your success ! I have been thinking about the dumpster business for a while and after finding your channel I been hooked. Great content and info. I’m thinking of adding the dumpster roll off rentals to my handyman/construction business. With your marketing background what will be a good marketing strategy to promote my business?

Have you considered doing a pull through garage for your trailer cover? I don’t have property yet but I really like the idea of a one way in and one way out setup.

Paint in lines were you think thing would go. Then do a dry run with truck and trailer to see if it works well.

Your leveraging of property is a good way to grow quickly…. Things are changing however… higher interest rate environments etc… prices WILL be coming down… last thing you want is to go under water and have the house of cards topple over… Risk in RE is very real…

Absolutely! I should of been clear in the video, I'm making sure I don't use ALL of my availabile equity, because the last thing you want is to be over leveraged during a massive economic down turn

You are very knowledgeable for a young guy as yourself. I'm probably not very much older than you but that is cool you have that much knowledge. And sometimes you just have to eat them ramen noodles instead of eating it nice out to eat steak just to get what you want to achieve and a lot of people can't give that up

I appreciate that man! Yea, there were literally years where I ate Ramen, rice, beans and chicken for every meal. Leading up to my life now. But I'm not affraid to be humbled and do it again! I'm just more determined not to let it happen now with the family I have. But, either way, we will grind through anything! Appreciate you watching, and keep hustlin!

I love your channel man you inspired me to start my junk removal business. Been in the game since february and now im full time since june 1st. Been doing about 10-12k gross every month. I want to get a roll off trailer and 3 roll of cans package. What size cans would make the most sense? Im looking at a roll off trailer right now and 3 11 yard cans package. Thanks

@rollingops

I'll be honest mam, I'm not super familiar with the Nissan platform in terms of trucks. I do think the titan has a cummins in it. But if I recall it's more of an "echo" motor. Not quite sure if it is comparable to a dodge 2500

No, but had I understood them more at the time, I probably would have. I also used some of the money after the sale of the properties I had for our personal Hone as well. So it would of complicated it a bit. That was a "big" year for me, personal and business.
