Crendor's idea but I'm sure JP made the final call. JP said he let him do it because (I paraphrase here): "Crendor's consistent. You always know what you're going to get" in reference to his craziness being consistent I suppose :D He says this in the first Die-kea episode around the part where it's JP's turn to "say something nice about Crendor" during the intro part of the show.

The mutations. Oh GOD they're amazing! JP's teleport is SO FUCKING JP, Bjorn becomes the offspring of Cousin It and something from Bloodborne, Jesse gets more barely useful stuff, and Candle Man has unlocked his final form. Meanwhile, Princess Whiskers remains the straight-man of the group, and the four of them together are like something out of one of Jason Steele's cartoons. I would honestly not be surprised if Wildcard ends up encountering a Marshmallow Man.
