The Rolls Royce Phantom is probably my all time fav luxury sedan but theres no denying that the Century probably has the best build quality of any luxury sedan. Its a Toyota. The craftsmanship, reliability and production quality is top class

I saw a 2nd gen Century at the Riverside Plaza(SoCal) and it looked pretty sick. I proceeded to watch several videos about the Century. The seats are wool bc they will always be the right temperature, unlike leather. Also if you take of the mufflers, it sounds really mean!!!

The 2018 Century are geared towards CEOs and politicians who don't want to be seen in an expensive car...even though the Century costs $180,000. I suppose it's the Japanese culture where you don't want to come off as showing off or ostentatious.

The Japanese glory in their cultural penchant for perfection. That's what you're looking at. Comparing the Century with the VW product and its silly glitz is inappropriate. I suppose that the footballer who has just gotten new diamond "grills" for his front teeth will shop for the VW...er..."RR". The Century will continue to convey the Emperor in elegant serenity.

If i have the money and this can be bought outside of Japan, i would buy this over Rolls, Bentley, or Maybach. This car is pure class! Rolls is good, but the 2018 version draws too much attention. When people think about luxury = leather, sporty = alcantara. They don't know that luxury can also = wool, too bad they will think that this interior looks cheap.

This is why Lexus (as well as Acura and Infinity) were names established by their respective brands in North American markets and were exclusive to the North American markets for a very long time... But for even longer time, it's what the other commenters said...

I had a M4 for three years. No issues whatsoever and put around 45,000 hard miles. It really depends what you're looking for. The biggest issue with the car was the lack of exhaust noise. Make sure your car will have warranty.

if you want to drive the M4 then i suggest you get a C63 or V6 F-type because the M4 does not sound as great compared to these two

I like the Century it has a classy, Yakuza look to it. The outside needs to be updated a bit with more curvy lines to highlight the hips the enterior also is playing it to safe. I see a lot of modern cues but it needs diamond stitching instead of the bland seats. The door cards need to be multi layered with stitching and depth. The front is nice just needs flare to highlight the hips and overall design language of the vehicle.

Ashy Gee The whole idea of this vehicle is to not show itself off though. Diamond stitching and all that doesn't actually make it more comfortable, just makes it stand out. It's more of a "if you know, you know" sort of car.

Chunk hey, I can see where you are coming from and I'm not trying to argue but honestly I explained in my first comment how it was not an overload as the S Class and Bentleys are (IMO) also as mentioned in the video the seats are comfy! Not to mention running costs on this are probably a lot cheaper (just guessing). Furthermore, I think you should not instantly degrade any car until you have personally experienced it! But everyone is different right?
