Thanks John! 😄 It was a struggle! It was so hot, difficult ground to detect on a dig in, plus a lack of signals to dig. Still enjoyed the weekend though!

Some roadtrip that all the way from your neck of the woods. Sounded like a tough couple days that in pretty grim conditions. I've not been to a Detectival since 2021, I am 100% going next year!!

It sure was! It was so hot on the Saturday, it was crazy. Tough digging and not many signals. But, it was an enjoyable weekend. We'll probably do the spring one and then try a few others towards the end of the year. Hope you and the family are well 😊👍🏼

Yup, I'd say it was a waste of time, but we did enjoy it. Almost everyone was the same, it is what it is I guess. These events are money making and little thought is given to the quality of the land. Pays your money, takes your chances it seems.
