I remember when I saw the first picture of Roman before he got his pro card, and I absolutely knew he was about to do some serious damage in the bodybuilding game, such thick, hard muscle bellies. He has the size with the smallest waist to match. Roman definitely is my favorite bodybuilder in the game and he for sure is going places. Good Luck Roman!

I'm curious as to why he adopted the "paused-reps" training style he is currently using. I'm guessing he didn't start out that way.

You mean why I sometimes stop at the bottom of a rep and come up from a dead stop? I´ve had my fair share of injuries and this style of training is putting more strain on the target muscle, therefore forcing me to use less weight.
