Sometimes I feel like I’m walking around with a big beam of divine light shining on me. Not because I’m good, but because I know beyond a doubt and despite my sin I am the object of perfect eternal love. Truly, how blessed is the one whose sin the Lord does not count against him.

Jesus died for this sinner. Up to a year ago I doubted he forgave my sins. Over the course of the year I’ve been studying the Bible 2 hours a day. I now KNOW my sins were forgiven on that cross. Jesus is my Lord and Savior.

After years of searching for God exploring many paths all ending in utter despair, loss and confusion l once again picked up a Bible today and sat alone and read Romans 4. I am a child of Abraham, it's all done by Jesus and it's by faith alone that l am righteous in the sight of God. Beating myself up with a big stick is over. I stand in God's word and promise. Hearing your sermon was the icing on the cake for me and confirmation that God stepped into my life and the utter peace l feel as my search and frustration is over, it's evaporated with the realisation of God's truth and Jesus's promise. I look forward to relishing more of your classes as I start my new life through the Grace of Jesus Christ.

Yes, being a Christian is Faith, Heavenly Father Help Me. Help mine unbelief Mark 9:24.
