You explain that man's sin started after Adam. That is true. But to say that man is the only being that God created, or that angels transgression even before man was created is not true. Is not seeing the bigger picture. God is reclaiming Heaven and Earth. The "Gap" is there because there are bible verses that point to it. God did not speak these verses for nought . Now if you could take the bible verses of this invisible "Gap" and explain them any other way. I would listen.
