USC knew he wasn't good enough, but they only gave him a scholarship to get to his good friend *Demar Derozan*. In his two years at USC he didn't even play *20 minutes*, and what makes it even worse is that somewhere in America in 2008 there was some dude who is a much better player than Romeo, much better shooter, and had really good size, and his only scholarship was with USC and thanks to Romeo he never got a his shot. Romeo could have probably been a good low-major player, or a great D2 player.
