I would start with ACOTAR! Definitely a thick series but SO WORTH IT - fourth wing/iron flame is also great !! But after ACOTAR you’ll DEFINITELY be grieving the fact that there aren’t anymore books coming out for a while, and fourth wing may help you get over that🤣❤️

I’m a booktuber and highly recommend starting with Fourth Wing! It’s what us book geeks call a Romantasy where it’s fantasy with romance at the forefront! Such a good read but warning you know, once you start you won’t want to stop so deff a good idea to start it when you can dedicate a lot of time, especially with book two just coming out! ACOTAR is amazing too!

If it weren't for the smut, I would call Fourth Wing a young adult romantasy. It's such a juvenile read with mega adult content, so it doesn't "feel" right, if you know what I mean. 👀

As someone who reads A LOT of books, I would definitely recommend Fourth Wing & Iron Flame, and also the ACOTAR series! Throne of Glass is also a 10/10 series but it is a longer one so its a bigger commitment

Same! Except my daughter and I would spend hours making plans, choosing details and paint colors, etc and then never do the projects! 😂😂 Well, at some point we would, but not when we were hanging out at Lowe's (and a local chain of big home stores before Lowe's) and it was seldom what we had originally planned. We just liked to entertain ourselves that way.

Fourth wing was incredible! I finished Iron Flame a few weeks ago and ended up in a mega book hangover. I've read almost 50 books this year and those are two of my favorites, it's going to be about a 5 book series so there will be more coming over the next few years. ACOTR is really good too, but I personally liked the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J Maas more.

I loved forth wing! Iron flame felt a bit like a filler book for me, at lest in comparison to the 1st one, so I have high hopes for the third. I definitely liked the main and supporting characters and Rebecca Yarros’ way of writing is also very nice. I finished it in one night🫣

Yes to ACOTAR and Fourth Wing first! Iron Flame is the second one to Fourth Wing in the series. I would say that Acotar was a commitment but worth it and then Throne of Glass series is DEFINITELY a commitment. Fourth wing definitely is a little easier to get into but I prefer the Acotar writing

Reading a good book at the end of the day is so therapeutic. A great historical (fiction book; inspired by fact) read is The Rose Code by Kate Quinn. It's about English women who were codebreakers during WWII. It's fascinating to find out about the behind the scenes jobs that women have done during world wars. 📚

Hi MaCenna! My absolute FAVORITE book series is called “Chaos Walking”. It’s very dense and a little heavier in content, so be prepared for that if you choose to read it. It’s a futuristic series about collective consciousness and it is absolutely fantastic. The first book is “The Knife of Never Letting Go” and it made me SOB.

Fourth Wing is an amazing jump into fantasy because it also has the dystopian feel, similar to Divergent. I highly recommend it!

I haven’t read Fourth Wing but I LOVEEEE ACOTAR. It was my first taste into fantasy books and I felt like it was a really easy transition. The first book is a ton of story building. 10/10! Also, your different door height in your room is reminding me of the different door heights in the cottage 😂

I definitely recommend reading Lovelight Farms before In The Weeds, as it is the first book in the series and gives some backstory on the characters. It also takes place during Christmas time and has the coziest vibes, perfect for this time of year. Highly recommend!

Your yard is going to look beautiful! After decades living in a cold climate and installing lights with wind, sleet or snow whistling around the ladder for both the install and take-down, not to mention electrical shorts and bad light strings, we gave up and now plug in one of those laser multi-color moving/changing light shows. I'd recommend Fourth Wing because it's very current (which is fun to me... all the discussions and theories happening right now). I heard Freida McFadden is personally recommended it, saying even if you don't love fantasy and dragons, you'll like this. And I agree! I definitely would say read ACOTAR some point soon. I just got my kindle in August and soon after started ACOTAR. It really sucked me in and felt very magical.

I’m an avid reader, but I started reading fantasy only last year with Brandon Sanderson’s Warbreaker. It’s a stand alone adult fantasy and the magic system, the plot, the character development and his writing are amazing. Enjoy!!!

We just did shadow boxes with the same trim you just bought! We did even spacing of 4” on the sides and in between the boxes and 2” from the crown molding and the base trim. We do have a chair railing going around the center of the wall so we did matching boxes above and below it. I’m OBSESSED with the way it turned out. If you keep with even spacing from the top and bottom trim/between trim boxes then it’ll work perfect for your different door heights! I can’t wait to see how it turns out for you! P.s. decorating for Christmas tomorrow to prepare for my Noel candle to arrive😍🎄❤️

As someone who reads fantasy pretty frequently I think ACOTAR is probably a better introduction to the genre because Fourth Wing is a bit heavier on the world building. ACOTAR also kind of follows the idea of beauty and the beast in the beginning so it’s familiar before it diverges.

Hi Macenna, i just got done fixing my toliet as well. Its alot of try and fail with plumbing. It sounds like if your toliet is running it could be the gasket or flapper at the bottom. A way to test this is to put colored coolaid (like red, blue, or purple) in the tank and if you see a colored water in the tank in a few hours then your flapper and gasket can be the cause if no color then its the pump. Best of luck! 🤞 hope you figure it out
