We need a much younger pope to succeed Pope Francis. Someone born in the late 1960s to early 1970s would work, because they are far much younger, healthier, and much more in tune with the real world. Elect a pope that is post pre-Vatican II, will mandate the return of Latin masses, increase the number of World Youth experiences, return Gregorian chants to all the churches, and excommunicate all the bad apples that refuse to repent.

Apart from Sarah no great loss of the rest. There are better younger cardinals coming up behind. The cardinals are the Catholic churches succession planning. This works very well. There are many cardinals from Latin America, Africa and Asia. So who will miss people like Burke who thinks he is the Pope and always challenges authority. Many of these cardinals should have had their red hats removed.

@ We are both wrong, it’s Donum Veritatis. Holy men do not slander the pope as he did regarding Fiducia Supplicans. He read paragraph 31 as “the relationship matures” and left out “to the Gospel”. He left out the paragraph describing the person being in pain. He never attempted to understand this teaching. And Donum Veritatis states he cannot turn the public against a papal teaching.
