It remains open. But I personaly think thoose are dangerous waters as with the fidducia suplicans, many misinterpreted the document and did things that were not allowed... As far as I know in germany for example women are partaking in almost all the liturgy and priest only transsubstantiates...

It could be possible. If you listen closely, the talks are about the deaconess without an ordination. Which also means, that it would be different from that office of a male deacon. The deaconess and the deacon would be two completely different offices. The deaconess would do things lay people already do.
