Yeah, Cops will argue abt vehicle position "ln the course of duty" Cycling probably not illegal if not a designated pedestrian only area but when they start to congregate and pull wheelies, they start to encroach on pavement space and safety becomes an issue.

I'm SO happy to say that my local Town Hall is more than happy to facilitate visitors and visitors who want to film the public premises, funded by the inhabitants of the Borough, in fact the employees and Councillors positively ENCOURAGE it! The door staff/security are trained in local history, and offer a 'guided tour' to visitors and guests...It's superb! ❤

I think documenting and chronicling as the auditors do is a very important service. It details life in this era. I am sure we would have loved to see an auditor from the 1880;s if it was possible. Hopefully future generations will see all of this for their own interest and how people behaved when feeling threatened by a camera.
