If it makes you feel any better.. this video was shot in the summer, before his relapse.. he has since lost a lot of his bulk.. he exercise to help him stay healthy, and he can barely eat any food, so has a low fat content… you can also look like this if you can only eat meat and a few vegetables 24/7.. 😞 As for the message, I think you got it.. imo this is a beautiful and creative representation of the internal battle and the killing of the old to allow the new to grow.. rip Sick Boi Looking forward to more of your reactions 😁 you guys are great!!

The scene with the dude and the flash light in his face in the beginning accidentally hurt his eye. It was one of the last scenes they filmed. The scene with him holding up his own head, the head of him was the last thing they had to film, and he was in severe pain, but he pushed through. He got a severe infection and almost lost his vision in that eye completely.

Ren's internal experience with chronic illness. Autoimmunity is a life sentence to never know when you are going to end up back in bed. And the illness is invisible so no one believes you are sick. Ren exercises to reduce onflamation in his body. He just b Informed us that he woyld not be able to tour because it takes too much energy and he is scared of ending up back to his worst days His diet is so limited he has zero body fat.

Elysium = Heaven, Tartaros = Hell, Gaia = Earth Its refered to as Greek Mythology. We think myths come from ones imagination of the supernatural. We must never forget that everything defined as mythical, other worldly, scy fi, imagination, etc is based on, to some extent and interpretation, an actual existant reality that seem to be yoo unreal and impossible. Everything we were taught are lies and now truth is coming to light. Ren posted a stream where he explains it and how he relates himself to those worlds.

Ren directed and edited the video, of course! Every track on the album is produced, mixed and mastered by Ren and every instrument is played by Ren. :)

My take: Ren has like no body fat due to malnutrition in his restricted diet. He takes supplements to help and works out to develop the cut muscles to improve his low self eateem. It's something he can actually control in a life he has little control of due to his health. 😢 Bonus for us with talent and beautiful body.

Fear not, you don't have to go to a gym, because of Rens Illness his body doesn't store fat, it is incredibly difficult to gain weight as there are only 10 types of food he can eat, although on his latest Twitch stream he was overjoyed to announce he can now eat rice, boiled plain Rice but its a win for him ...
