I mean, not to be the nerd here, but fire equipment and shit is actually horribly inefficient. Using a fire hose is almost identical to water wasted by a hydrant being busted or cracked and letting loose. About 5 gallons per minute. Assuming the fire lasted over an hour that estimate is actually almost spot on with 500 between water and foam.
