In essence, it describes a society in which both capitalism AND state have been abolished, or at least minimized a much as possible. Modern "libertarians" are just glorified conservatives who think the government is the main, and even ONLY, enemy.

Ron is sometimes very contradictory when it comes to libertarianism. He is a libertarian but also a huge patriot. I also think the writer began writing his character to make fun of libertarianism, like on the first season when he says one man should possess the power to control all nukes and that women should be brought to him lol. By the end, I think the idea started to grow on them, because ron was actually making some good points and saying stuff that an actual libertarian would say
