Hi Lois, I am retired and live in Ohio. As a newbie to watercolor I am searching for information and understanding of the watercolor medium. Your classes give a wonderful aspect to what watercolor can achieve and I enjoy your way of teaching. Thank you so much for your videos!

Lovely painting as usual Lois. The scene as rendered is ambiguous to me and could also represent a frozen pond or snowy meadow. Thanks so much for your wonderful lessons!

will butler thanks for your encouragement, I agree that the ambiguity created by loose painting like this can evoke different scenes! There’s the potential to create many different scenes with this as a starting point 😊

Hi Lois! (Steve from Mind of Watercolors told me to check out your channel) I find your painting's so enjoyable and very bold at the same time. Your voice is so sweet, I almost expect to see you painting floral's, but so happy I found your very own unique style instead.. Thank you for demonstrating your lovely painting's with the hake brush! You're a very good teachers.

Hi Lois I loved the painting and find the style used something I would like to try. I am a beginner and would like to purchase one of Ron Ransons books, but which one would be a good start??
