So cool finding two channels that address these issues! Looking forward to watching the full video.

Hey Ron, 2 things: -i understand so well the dental trauma, had the same with medicine. Finally started medicine at 28, Today i'm 36 and will officially be a doctor in 8 months... everything is possible! -i believe the energy you are talking about while meditating is real, and is the way forward to "natural" restructuring of the body (including the skull), i have been experiencing it for the last 3 years, it is extremly powerful, but needs an incredible amount of work to go forward

FORWARD-HEAD position has been found "to cause an alteration in the rest position of the mandible, upper thoracic respiration with subsequent hyperactivity of the respiratory accessory muscles, and mouth breathing with a loss of the rest position of the tongue ... and may lead to eventual osteoarthrosis and remodeling of the temporomandibular joint" (Muscles Testing and Function, Kendall et al.)

Thank you for the video!!! I have a terrible cold right now, which exacerbates my chronically poor nasal breathing. This will help me keep my mind off of it!

Hi, im confused is mewing a natural thing to do? Like the correct tongue posture or an exercise?
@clareeeeee1Ай бұрын
With correct development it should come naturally but it doesn’t if you have disruption in your oral development and in that case you can train yourself to do it

It’s insane how expensive university is in America and such a shame you couldn’t persue that

I appreciate that, thanks. I hope others can find a way through that obstacle.

@@JawHacks, I think you’ll end up not only treating patients but getting better results than conventional orthodontists and even the best orthotropists with young enough patients. The high pressure Mewing technique you came up with is something I recently started using and recommending. I think not having the money to go to dental school was a blessing in disguise.

CAN is get MSE for crowded teeth with Canine sets. I have similar issue and I was told to take off two teeth's which I don't really want. I want to breathe properly and have fuller cheeks with proper teeth! please let me know your thoughts any any professionals you encounter.

How can i get an mse? The dentists just gaslights me when i explain that i have sleep apnea and that i need to expand my narrow palate, "i don't see anything thats wrong' when the teeths are clearly very narrow and my maxilla and chin is recessed
