I'm jealous I didn't think of that jam jaw chuck Ronald. What a brilliant idea!. Never made such a pendant, but I've turned many a small box lids etc and had more than my fair share of traditional jam chuck failures. I won't forget that in future, thank you !.

Very simple and effective jig for turning these pendants. Nice! I have turned a number of offset pendants on my off centre jig and double faced tape. But this is genius and easier. Well done.

i have made something similar in the past with double sided tape , with moderate success , love this idea. thank you for sharing and having so much fun while you are doing it. love your channel

That's a lovely design, and I really like the double-sided "chuck" with the eccentric option. I've been cautious about eccentric turning because my lathe is small and it flexes badly when turning something out of balance - this resolves that problem in one easy move! Once again you are a source of inspiration and humour that is most welcome!

Great project Ronald. I have an off-center shuck, but don't like using it because I have to use double-sided tape. I like this method, and will play with it to see if I can do something with the off-cuts that I have. Thanks for showing the process.
