Ronde van Vlaams-Brabant 2024 full report

The Tour of Flemish Brabant is an exciting stage race for young talents and elite amateur cyclists. Organized by the non-profit Ronde van Vlaams-Brabant, with support from the province, this multi-day event attracts around 25 teams of 7 riders each. The race follows the rules of the UCI and the KBWB, and is classified as a 2.12 - IC1 NAT event.
In 2024, the Tour will take place from July 31st to August 4th, with a stage in a different municipality each day. Riders will compete not only for stage wins but also for leader jerseys in various categories, such as the general classification, points classification, and the mountain classification. There will also be special recognition for the best young rider, the intermediate sprints, and the first rider from Flemish Brabant. Each stage ends with a podium ceremony to celebrate the winners.
The 2024 Tour of Flemish Brabant will visit the following locations:
July 31st: Huldenberg
August 1st: Goetsenhoven
August 2nd: Betekom
August 3rd: Bertem + Time Trial in Bertem
August 4th: Road Race in Bertem

Thanks for having the Regional Ekipp Lëtzebuerg in its last race ever. No more REL next season as there are no more riders coming up through the U19 ranks in the Grand-Duchy. Good luck to everybody and stay safe.

Hello! It’s unbelievable that Luxembourg is no longer producing U19 riders, especially in such a beautiful cycling country. Perhaps Andy Schleck could do more to promote cycling among young people. This could motivate aspiring riders and be a win-win for him as well. Loïc Bettendorff certainly caught our attention with his fighting spirit. Great to see!
