This film gets all the details right. The locations, the weapons, the cars, the tactics, the verbiage. Everything is just right. They do not make them like this anymore.

There is just so much going on in every scene, from Sean Bean’s character’s anxious need to assert himself to Sam’s competence and experience slowly showing itself (he is asking all the right questions).

@@starwarsroo2448Making up for all the “Bond…James Bond” nonsense. Bean was MIA in the Falklands- the UK ran out of munitions after 72 hours of combat. The Royal Navy had to rendezvous with a US Navy supply ship supporting a carrier group. That’s my pop at the British.
