It's in the faction list, you have to pick your factions and then boot up the Editor.

It depends, really it's based upon your system and what it can handle.

Hi I'm new. To dcs ? One-can I be Russia and fly to a allied USA base and just bomb oh6 parked at airport? Then play again and be USA vs Russia?
