I love that you kept Dovid's speech in the video. It's the pivotal moment of the film and it's incredibly powerful. All three actors are exceptional. I am really sad that this film is so underrated and because it is about a lesbian romance, it's deemed as "niche" when really, it's a must-see for anyone.

I watched this movie on a flight and missed the ending, probably the last minutes of the movie, when Esti asks for her freedom. What happened afterwards? Does she leave her husband? and run off with Ronit? Or just decides to leave on her own?

This is a masterpiece, you made me cry. I wonder, why our love always has to bee so sad... by “our” I mean love between people of the same gender. I love girls too and it was painful (but common) for me to see how Esti stayed with her husband in the end... I want to believe that Ronit will take her and they will make a family together! Esti deserves so much love...

I think that since Esti wanted her child to have "choice", that would necessitate removing herself physically from the community. I believe she stays close, but not in, the community and Dovid; I fantasize that Ronit moves her photo studio to London to be with her.

She actually didn't stay with her husband, or at least that isn't what the film implied. Read the book! Ronit told her she could go to New York and live with her, but Esti did not accept that offer. Esti is leaving the life of the religious group, she just needs time to get everything together. At the end she promises to tell Ronit where she goes. Read the book, you get a much fuller view of who Esti is, and what matters most to her. Yes, Ronit is the love of her life, and always has been, but Esti has to become grounded on her own. This is a complex and incredibly real film, one of the best I've seen in about 12 years. Your video is also exceptional, skygrounder. Thanks for your time and passion.

For the first time in the history of gay cinema, I had no clue who to "ogle"first. Or longest. I would have run off with either of them-lets face it-these two had REAL chemistry. Which is rare enough between romantic leads, but even more so with gay leads. It's something perhaps out of the purview of both parties, making it harder to sell. But the Rachels definitely sold this-hook, line and super duper double gay sinker. Well done to your editing abilities, and sense of synchronicity. Beautifully done. Bravo.
