I think that the couple chosen for this movie is based on the couple of Lena Headey and Piper Perabo, (Weiz would be Lena and Piper Rachel Mcadams) of the movie Imagine me and you "although it is very tender and pink and this is very raw and dramatic "Lena and Piper were a couple that I liked very much, and I think they looked for that with Duo Rachel. Even though the plots are different they coincide a lot. P F I watched this movie three times in the theatre and five times streaming...I love the open interpretation in the end. My take on it is that they will get together later once Esti resolves her leaving Dovid. My version of a happy ending I suppose.
