And definitely a lot of genetics too dumbass. There are people that can take just the amount of steroids Ronnie has taken, and they’ll never look like him. His muscle insertions, big back muscle bellies and trap muscle bellies, the amount of fast twitch muscle fibers he has, small pelvic bones giving that small ass waist look. etc... you gotta account all of this into the equation as well. Steroids can’t change your genetic code and bone structure.

I think the worst thing for lifting was building machines that keep your weights on a little track and dont give you any concept about how much weight your putting up. There are hundreds of different ways to pick up and pull weights. Learning and mastering them is the best way to know your body's anatomy, your strengths, and where you need improvement. With a machine literally all you can do is what is says to and hopefully you'll get stronger.

@Kishon Moore Larry is a strongman competitor, he train every day to be strong and lift weights. Ronnie was a bodybuilder, he trained to be big and ripped. Some parts from this video are before Mr.Olympia contest , few weeks out. No one lifts this amount of weight on hard diet before a contest. Ronnie did. Like a bodybuilder, he is very impresive. You can.t compare a bodybuilder with a strongman compeitor, is not the same lifestyle , not the same training goal.
