I love how this is not some fancy ass gym. It just has everything he needs and he builds his legacy on hard ass work.
@Mikey-19904 жыл бұрын
This was similar to my gym before it unfortunately closed down due to the virus. It was on the third floor of an old metal factory in town from long ago. Metal Health in Wallingford, CT. Their trademark was we always played just old school metal and rock, hence why the gym was named after Quiet Riots album, which fit perfectly. Brick walls, a few windows, no ac, rows and rows of somewhat rusted dumbells, solid steel older machines etc. If you were hot, open a window or grab one of those metal industrial fans we had. Noone in there on their phones and everyone was cool with eachother. They were like my second family to me. I loved this environment and I miss it everyday. I've been putting together my garage gym for right now but man it ain't the same.

@InTheAir1122 Congratulations, you don't need front raises.
@onurbole79216 жыл бұрын
@InTheAir1122 I know and I'm saying not only do you not need it but it could be more counterproductive than anything, if you're a natural athlete. It is not even an exercise that allows for consistent progressive overload, which means every now and then you have to cheat so you can hold more weight doing some shoulder flexion and then decrease the weight a little to go back to proper form, hopefully with more weight than you used prior to cheat protocol. In other words you can't even get strong to the point where you can just swing 60s with a momentum if you stick to strict front raises for your whole life. And once again I think they're unnecessary in the first place.

To me, you are and always will be the G.O.A.T!! I had a quick question - With the benefit of hindsight, do you think if you complimented your insane bodybuilding/power lifting sessions with some regular holistic training sessions like yoga to help with body alignment and muscle/body tightness etc , maybe you could have prolonged your career that bit longer and also avoided long term injuries? Peace and Love from the UK!! #YEAHBUDDY #LIGHTWEIGHT
