If You were old enough and watched and seen Alex Higgins playing, You would be saying Snooker is nothing now without Higgins playing! Every sport has a generational thing, and yes Ronnie was/is immense but the guy clearly has issues (as do most of the best players in snooker for some reason). You could go back to when snooker/billiards began and say..... "not as great since 'such in such' was a player"! Same thing 20 years from now.... when snooker is probably dominated by the Chinese, we will be saying.... "Not as great since Trump, Selby, Murphy, etc was playing"! That's life, things change!

There is nothing like seeing someone else demonstrate the highest achievement one can in one's sport as it is a moment where a special connection is made. Pure respect and appreciation for the players and the game - THAT is Ronnie O'Sullivan.
