Merry Christmas, everyone! In the spirit of the season, all merch of mine is going to be 15% off until New Years Day. The coupon code is "SMUDGE" because of the freaking smudge on the lens that is prevalent throughout this video that I didn't notice until editing started. Unfortunately, my Patreon is still full price at $1, but my Instagram (@fingerprintsworkshop) is free to follow.

I vividly recall seeing a Fiero in my small town. I was doing my paper route, 14-15 years old (so, around 1985) - and I was floored! A Ferrari? Nope, it was a Fiero. Later, in high school, I worked at a dealership washing cars in the summer. I was working to buy my first car. A Fiero came in for sale. I was in love...until the salesmen told me to stay away. That was in 1991, and they told me they were junk. I ended up getting a 1986 Honda CRX (one of the best cars I've ever owned).

I can't believe I spent another 40 minutes watching a KZbin video. And honestly, enjoying almost all of it. The part I didn't enjoy is just because of my preference, and doesn't matter because they're not my videos and I don't pay to watch them so I don't get a voice there which is fine. I really appreciate how throughout this series you've showed your mistakes, and talked about those you haven't shown. I can't wait to see it completed, and wish you many happy years driving it. I would say it's motivated me to restore my car, but what you can do in a day would take me a week or more due to health problems. So, I will live vicariously through you in that regard. Keep up the great work, and see you next time!

I must say that I'm really impressed on how far you went to rebuild this car, Ronny. I've been watching this series from the first episode. It's great to see an old run down car that's been sitting for years that's getting a new lease on life. I'm sure this car will have many more years of life in it when you get done with it. This car can very easily reach 50 years old or more. I'm also sure you'll be proud to show this car off to friends and tell them your experiences of what you did to bring this car back to life. I look forward to seeing the last one or two episodes to see how this car will be finished. I hope you'll end up trading those trailer tires for some proper ones sometime down the road.

Once again... BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO! Although, I realized I had no popcorn after I saw the video posted... so I settled on a bowl of Christmas mashed potatoes and gravy! And so again I say... BRAVO!

Don't get into a collision - you will be crying over the car if that happens after all the time you are spending on it. One of the most interesting rebuilds on KZbin. Amazing progress after over a year of work. Happy holidays.

Been following this series since the start, and seeing the care like this. Man to think at one point this car didn't even run, or, well turn one of it's wheels due to a locked brake. So proud of what you have achieved here.

I know he’s an og restorer, but always wondered what led bulbs would look like in the tail lights instead of the oem $60 bulbs

I completely agree! I kept screaming LED's at the screen!! They would make such a difference, especially on those rear lights that have to go through 18 layers of 100 yr old plastic.

@@justchillinout2002 And honestly...probably safer for others to see than those old ass 80s bulbs. BUT..if you are going to do a restore, I totally get keeping it to true form. Based on other online posts for restored or original Fieros for sale..he should be able to sell it for like $14-20,000. No idea if he will sell it, nor if it would actually sell for that. But my guess is he will make a few grand in profit if he does. I just hope he IMMEDIATELY finds another weird, but neat car to restore. Maybe a Pontiac Trans Am GTA or a Volkswagen Vanagon or a Jeep Scrambler. Something quirky and neat from the 80s would be sweet! LOVE THIS CHANNEL so much! Don't want this build to end. Have been watching this since the very first episode over two years ago when he bought it.

Anyone know why a generation put linoleum over hardwood? Wood floors used to be common and said “cheap”. Linoleum was new and different. Everyone had wood floors, NOT everyone had something else. Today it sounds ridiculous, not so 50 years ago. You’re welcome 👍
