I have an awesome idea for one of your videos . . . what if next winter, you make another video that's called "Winter Free Running 2014" and have CBR Stunts and a bunch of other people (hopefully me) come and film with you. I just think it would be really cool to have a setting like this with a bunch of people doing Parkour and Freerunning as a huge group (with you as the leader of course). First you have to subscribe to the Jesse La Flair's and TappBrothers's channels, after that follow their tutorial, for the shoes look at the Jesse la Flair's video. After all this, you just have to go out and practice ;), with your friends if it's possible because when you practice alone you'll want to give up. It's cool to see girls starting Parkour/freerunning so If you want to know more about these disciplines just send me a message ;). Good luck.

If you see someone juggling with 2 balls, and written under "professional juggler with red and blue balls under the rain on one leg" You want to say - man, I saw how people juggle with 3,4,5,7 balls, you're not good enough to be reposted by youtube on fb, sorry, I'm sure you are good man and you will do a great moves. As far as I know parkour is philosophy of straight movement in urban conditions. If your free running is something different than I apologize.You assholes watch+read David Belle :P

I'm a training gymnast and do a fair bit of parkour and free running myself, I can do almost all the tricks you do, except scoot to cork, I haven't quite mastered that yet! I train in Australia, and it doesn't snow where I am, I was just wondering do you have to be careful with your landings? Like does the snow make it very slippery, or is it almost like flipping on soft soil? very nice video by the way :]

i bet half of u havent even seen snow this is so unrealisitic one hand in the snow will affect u the whole run sliding on snow? on yur butt? yur butt is now wet for the whole run . the only good thing about freerunning in winter is practicing in the snow as a cushion

The only difference is that practitioners of parkour focus on speed and getting from one place to another as fast as possible, while free-runners like to show off by doing cool tricks while in transit. Practitioners of parkour dislike the aesthetics involved in free-running.

All these stunts are very impressive but I prefer the parkour videos which are about getting from Point A to Point B as fast as possible over any obstacle and the way the moves flow together.

no it isn't. parkour means to navigate through an enviroment this is just some guy doing backflips and spin similar to gymnastics just without trampolines and wouldn't be very practical for any purpose
