True that, I appreciate the input. When my tutorial is actually for wall runs and climbing I will definitely go into that. Its just in a video like this I can't always include every detail about every move. But I know where you are coming from. Thanks.

i train every day and dream of it at night. you have to combine the hard training with playfulness. whatever you do in life, be passionate about it, this is the most natural thing any human being can do, even babies do it, watch Parkour pilgrimage it will answer alot of questions, the video containes truth, the founder David Belle helped with finalizing it. whatever you do, dont stand in frozen.

Simply a reason for me to train at winter is that one must successfully adapt to his environment and not try to adapt the environment to himself. Great tips Ronnie i like your tutorials, really helpful. Would you share for how long you've been training?

I can, I just didn't want to for this video specifically. Because generally training in winter you wear warm clothes so I wore those as a demonstration since this is a tutorial. But other ones I will do even if Its cold out I can use the assassins creed costume. There should be more coming soon.

I obviously don't ever use my knee when climbing walls, but after how slow and crappy that climb up was on snow I don't know if the knee was the worst of it haha. I considered not putting it in for that reason, but heck why can't people see I have weaknesses as well.

Nice video addressing the additional hazards of ice and snow. You should also try to keep in mind what lies under the snow. Just thought I should say that because I've had some accidents with concealed rocks. ;(

The biggest thing with handstands is just practicing them all the time and then doing strengthening techniques like hand stand push ups against the wall.

Hey, I'm kind of discouraged about my parkour training...I first started training parkour in December of 2017 and so far I can only do the parkour roll. I feel I'm too weak and don't have enough space in my house to practice vaults. My parents also won't take me to a gym...What can I do???

its just a thing with starters. If you train flips on trampolines and at gyms you will get used to it and the motion will feel good. its all about body control and learning it. i would suggest you learn those flips on safe surfaces and dont give up. after all the flips are really fun once you get the hang of it. and if you choose not to do flips you can still do parkour. just less self expression and adrenaline

Too bad we don't have snow here in our country :( and I agree on the other comments you should at least have one tutorial on Snow with Connor Kenway's Assassin robe, Parkour in Snow = Assassins Creed 3 at least that would show how the Season changes from in game to in real life lol :)) Your tutorials have helped us so much, thank you for making them and we hope you make some more! :D

^^ This, 6 months ago I could do maybe one hand stand pushup against a wall before completely dying haha! I could also only hold a handstand for 2 seconds? I've been practicing since then and now I can do about 8 hand stand pushups (without a wall), I can hold a standing handstand (unless I get strangely off balance) for as long as I want and can walk on my hands. It just requires practicing over and over and keep trying, don't give up!:)

you dont understand Parkour, watch Parkour Pilgrimage its enlightening to what extent us traceurs go to, to train and condition the mind and body to all elements of obsticles. how often does a cat or monkey hurt themselves by just moving ? our Parkour is symbolic to the nature of all living beings. parkour is and always will be the safest "sport" on the planet (its not a sport, in philosophy its a martial art.). i bet your one of those people that tells their children to be standing in frozen.

Great Video Ronnie it will definantly help me out because here in the UK woow raining everyday and im not that good with flips so im not able to include them within my movements, rails are to wet to do any precision jumps or anything its really depressing drags a lot of motivation out of me to do parkour!!

I think it would be useful to mention how important it is to have an idea of what may be under the snow :P like water it's deceiving, it could be deep or shallow and you could end up falling and landing hard on a rock hidden under the snow like I did. I will never trust that harmless and fluffy looking white stuff again XP

this is a really good tutorial and subject! never seen anyone do a tutorial on this before, despite some people will stop training due to snow. the area i live in can get alot of snow. we didnt last year and it was a little disappointing not having awesome crash mats. love training in the snow, it makes things funner and sometimes less painful. good challenge too.

While this is good advice it is really only applicable in survival situations. The cold frozen water from the snow needs to be melted in the stomach and this uses precious calories. But in a place where you have access to food and aren't worried about starving eating snow is a fine way to hydrate.
