Wow, didn't even have to setup the platform.. that's a rare occurrence in your videos. Not all wrecker tow jobs are intense.. Though I'm sure you have a few in holding from this winter that definitely are.. and some you'll never show.

It was an easy one. Honestly, there hasn't been really an winter weather here to speak of. We are geared up and ready, but haven't had the opportunity to show off. LOL Thank you for watching and God bless.

@@RonPratt we're the opposite here in California, while we've had some 60 degree days lately, we've had a number of good storms and a good amount of snow up in the mountains, but we don't get the ice storms like you guys do. It's currently snowing up in Truckee/Tahoe as I'm typing this. It's much needed snow pack for the water content in the spring/summer, I just wish it was a bit colder down here at 50ft of elevation so we didn't have all these damn mosquitos. Unfortunately we've had plenty of strong wind, some gusts of 90 at one point that lost us several sections of our fence.

Is AMTEC truck driving school still located there in Scott City? I went through that school back in the late '80s.

in US is allowed to turn left over double line? or that yellow color have special meaning? (at 2:34)
@spudgamer604911 ай бұрын
On a 2 lane, 2 direction road, double yellow is when both directions have the solid, as opposed to dashed, yellow lane divider on their side. The solid yellow lane divider means "no passing", or at least not by crossing said solid yellow line. On a multilane road, where any passing can be done in the lanes going the same direction, the double yellow mainly serves to mark the divide between the 2 directions of traffic, but still technically means "no using the lane left of here to pass". Unless otherwise posted on signs or such, you can cross double yellow when entering or exiting the road as needed and when safe.

Ron, it sounds likes you need to put your truck in the hospital, it's is sounding pretty tired and rough.

Get the new driver introduced to getting towed out. It may be a long-term relationship !

For their sake, I hope not. It was an easy fix though. Thank you for watching and God bless.

Hey Ron, what’s the best way to get hold of you from the Uk?

I was half expecting the Mixer to sink and then you'd have a double header.
@RonPratt11 ай бұрын
That would've been fun. We love double headers, as long as we are one of the sinkers. LOL Thank you for watching and God bless.

New microphone? Underway, the rotator sounded like it was about to fall apart! Hopefully, not an accurate assessment of condition.

No and thankfully it was just a rattle in the cab. All is well. Thank you for watching and God bless.

Was there a reason you chose to take the tater over another heavy?

Who doesn't love the tater??? If i remember, the Western Star was also working another job. It is our main heavy tow for distances. Thank you for watching and God bless.

an observation: the left indicator(blinker) seems to be very fast - are all the indicator lights working that side?

Thank you for the comment. We check them after each job, so should be good to go. Thank you for watching and God bless.
