The system is inclusive of all taxes and its includes polycrystalline panels . If you want to go for mono panels you can customise your product which will be costing you around 3000 Rs/Kw extra.

I hear on- grid installation doesn’t encourage battery system as on power off power from battery goes to transmission lines. Is that true? Sir, if you want that your system acts as On grid as well as Off grid accordingly, then I would prefer you to go for Hybrid system. It is just like a On grid system with power backup. If you want power backup also so that your supply continues during power cuts then you can go for Hybrid system which is a combination of On-grid and Off-grid system. When there is power, it will be acting as On grid and during power cuts, it will act as an off grid system.

These sheds can also be installed but local steel fabricators. Possibly the most cost effective way. Solar can be installed later on the roof. If it is a complicated installation, safety provisions are also put in place.

as you said that the on grid system requires connection from the grid and if the grid power fails than you would not be able to use the electricity generated from pv panels . so in this condition there would be no power during the above mentioned period.so what can we do to get un interrupted power even when there is no power on the gid. also can we attach a battery as a backup and turn on the battery when there is a power cut on the grid?

If there is more power cuts at your place for more than 2 hours then you should go for Hybrid Solar PV system which contains battery for power backup along with On-grid system. Sir, if there will be power cut then as per the government regulations, your system would be shut down. Neither it will provide the power to your home nor it will export to the power grid.

Sir you can go for 4 kw solar PV system which will be costing you around Rs 65000 per kw. I am not sure whether the state government is providing subsidy or not and also check the billing system for On-grid system as some states are still fighting with the billing issues for the system.

Sir we always suggest to put the system as per our electricity consumption. May be PGVCL can buy the power at a rate of Rs 4 or 5 now but you can't be sure that they willbuy it even after 1 year so there is no benefit in putting extra system.
